Description:
The production line centers on automated control, rapidly conveying products to the disc sorting system via feeding mechanisms. The disc sorting device adjusts the orientation of the sausages and arranges them in orderly rows, ensuring consistent alignment as they proceed to the next stage. During the automatic rejection stage, the production line employs high-precision sensors and a vision inspection system to monitor the appearance, dimensions, and weight of the sausages in real time. Any non-conforming products are immediately ejected via a high-speed pneumatic actuator. The screened products are then conveyed through an automatic discharge system to the robotic gripper station. The robotic arm precisely identifies and locates the sausages, enabling rapid and stable gripping.
